Important Note:

  • Prices strictly for booth space rental only (Raw Space).
  • Prices exclusive of charges payable for Standard Shell Scheme.
  • Standard Shell Scheme is available at S$500.00 per 12sqm.
  • All charges are subjected to GST.

Charges per stand at S$500.00 nett is for area 4m x 3m, providing:

  • Partition walls in white powder coated finish. Height at 2.5m.
  • White fascia board (300mm ht) in vinyl sticker cut out.
  • One unit of 15amp single-phase power socket.
  • Two units of 40watt, 4ft flourescent tube lights.
  • 12sqm of needle-punch carpet laid onto existing flooring.
  • Two units of white plastic chairs.
  • One unit of white reception desk (750mm ht).

  1. Your 3 choices of preferred stand location should be filled out.
  2. Stand allocations will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.
  3. Cancellation will be charged with a cancellation fee. Please see General Regulations for details.

Payment
Total sum of stand rental shall be paid to the Organiser on or before 30 April 2015.


Facilities
Expo Business Centre offering secretarial services, printing and rental of equipment is located in Foyer 1. It is open during weekdays from 0900hrs to 1800hrs. You may direct your enquiries to 1800 822 3333 or email (expobizctr@starhub.com.sg). All equipment rental, i.e. mobile phones, fax machines etc must be submitted to Expo Business Centre by 15 April 2015.

Nearest banking facilities is located in Foyer 1.

The first Aid room manned by the St. John Ambulance is located in Hall 4.

A variety of coffee shops, snack bars and restaurants including Halal food catering is available on-site and will be open throughout the exhibition.


Washing Area
The Organiser will be providing washing areas to clean cooking equipment at the back of Hall 4.


Carpark
Exhibitors are encouraged to use Carpark J at the entrance and exit at Changi South Avenue. Season tickets can be purchased directly from the ticketing booth located outside Hall 5.


Speed Of Vehicles In Hall
All types of vehicles operating in the halls must observe safety rules and obey the speed limit of 5km/hr.


Stand Cleaning
All Exhibitors will be responsible for the daily cleaning of their own stand and exhibition area.


Public Address System
The Organiser and Authorities will use the Public Address System in the hall for official announcement only.


Security
While every reasonable precaution is taken and the premises adequately patrolled both day and night, the Organiser expressly decline responsibility for any loss or damage which may befall on the person or property of the Exhibitor from any clause whatsoever.


Insurance
The Exhibitor is required to insure his legal liability in connection with the exhibition for negligence under a General Third Party Policy. It is particularly advised that the Exhibitor having small valuables which he wishes to leave at his stand should provide himself with lock-up steel cabinets or other safe storage, or cover insurance at his own cost. The Organiser will not be held liable for any damages or losses occurred during the exhibition period.


Customer Service
The Exhibitor is required to train and educate promotion staffs of proper customer service etiquette. The Organiser will not be responsible for any complains nor reports against Exhibitors for the misconduct of Exhibitors and their staffs. Any complaint shall be dealt directly between the Exhibitors and the complainant.
